Sevgili Ahu ile birlikte KODA’nın Mentor Danışmanlığı eğitim kamplarında ve çevrim içi eğitimlerde birlikte çalışma fırsatımız oldu. Bu projenin haricinde bu sene, Eyyup Bey ve Ahu Hanım’ın öncülüğünde şirketimizin en kritik üretim süreçlerine ve ekiplerine liderlik eden üretim liderlerimiz için liderlik gelişimi eğitimlerini hayata geçirdik. Şirketimizi tanıyan, değerlerimize uygun hazırlanmış eğitimlere katılan takım liderlerimizin eğitimlerden memnuniyet derecesinin yüzde 97 olması bize Sidera’nın doğru bir iş ortağı olduğunu bir kez daha kanıtladı.

We progressed together in a year-long coaching support journey with Ahu regarding the development of my leadership competencies. Before starting this process, my view and belief in the process was negative. Especially with our first session, she positively affected my perspective on the process and increased my belief in development.
Throughout this journey, she has supported me to be aware of my capabilities, my experiences, my strengths and my aspects that are open to development. She motivated me by determining that my biggest deficiency was “Me time”. It made my self-confidence grow stronger and stronger. By setting short – medium – long term goals, she encouraged me to plan to reach these goals with confident steps. It raised my awareness on how to see the big picture, develop strategies and find a way to include other people in the game.
